Our famous crispy EVERYTHING topping, bottled. Slug Slime is the roasted onion, garlic, and seed mix from our legendary Slug bagel — born in 1984 when a bagel machine malfunction produced something that looked more like a banana slug than a bagel. We covered it in toppings instead of throwing it away, and customers have been asking for extra ever since. Sprinkle it on eggs, salads, vegetables, sandwiches, or just about anything that needs crunch. 7.5 oz bottle.
