Dead Bread Workshops
Learn how to make traditional Pan de Muerto (Dead Bread) at the Arcata Los Bagels from 6pm to 8pm on one of the following dates. Mexican Hot Chocolate and cookies will be provided.

We provide the ingredients, you provide the creativity and walk away with freshly baked bread.

Welcome Back Students
Welcome back Humboldt State Students! We love this time of year because so many of you have not yet tried Los Bagels. Whether it's a Plain bagel with cream cheese and Larrupin or a Guac and Lox, you'll find that our bagels are really special.
And to all the families getting their kiddos back into routine, we have what you need to make Friday's a little more special. Or reward yourself for getting through the week on Saturday!

Los Bagels' Mural Is Getting A Touch Up!
Legendary artist, Duane Flatmo, will be gracing Los Bagels during the month of September to fix up our lovely mural. It needs a little TLC and Duane is just the person to do it.
He'll get started the moment he returns from Burning Man where he'll be showing off his piece, El Pulpo Mecanico.
We feel lucky to have a Duane Flatmo piece gracing the walls next to our business and are excited to see it shine a little brighter!

Summer Inspired
Los Bagels is inspired by the rich produce we find in Humboldt County. You can see founder, Dennis, walking the Farmer's Markets talking with Farmers and trying out the best of the best in our area.
This inspiration has brought peach, huckleberry, strawberry, and plum pastries for years. We also receive basil and tomatoes for our savory additions to bagels.
This local touch keeps our connection with the local community at the forefront, and the flavors in our products at their best.
