Plain Bagel

Um, excuse me, but if you've lived in Humboldt County you have been to Los Bagels (Or Larrupin' for someone's Anniversary, Birthday or Graduation) and tried this lovely sweet sauce as a topping on some bread product. But if you have never been, try this on a bagel w/ cream cheese and onions. Then the next time- you can start adding things like smoked salmon or tomatoes...

I can't stop raving about it to my baker, who makes the softest whole grain bagels, that I have her top with cream cheese, turkey, and onions. The only thing missing is the mustard dill sauce.

I am going to order one for me and one for my local bakery.
